Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions may applied if you wish to rent a car from our company. The terms is the standard rent car in Bali, and maybe also the same in other country.
1. International Driving Licence is required for Foreigner and SIM for KITAS holder.
2. The car renter must be 18 years old and/or older.
3. The car rental rates is for 24 hours Car use.
4. Driver required is for 10 hours Driver use. Additional charge per hour is US $2
5. Rental rate are inclusive insurance of the car. Accident, damage or theft of the car or any part of it, will be customer’s own risk up to US $300.
6. Renter will be fully responsible to any damage, theft of the car or any part of it if the car is not on the road (ex. beach, fields, etc).
7. Petrol is Exclude, the renter must buy it at many gas stations in Bali.
8. Free Airport - Hotel transfer only in Kuta, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa, Jimbaran, Sanur area.
9. It is not permitted to drive the car outside island without approval our car rental.
10. We receive payment by CASH when we deliver your car at airport / hotel.
